Payment & delivery

How do I pay?

Checkout accepts Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and Visa / Mastercard, processed securely through Paystack. You can also choose to pay on delivery in some areas.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders in Ghana arrive within 48 hours. You'll get a confirmation message once your order is on the way.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes — you can collect from our Community 5 pickup point in Tema, open 7am–8pm every day. Choose "Pickup" at checkout.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on orders over ₵200. Below that, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout.

Orders & returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 7 days if it's unworn and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive faulty. See our Returns & exchanges page for details.

How do I know my ring size?

Measure a ring you already wear across the inside diameter in millimetres, or visit a local jeweller. Message us if you're unsure before ordering and we'll help.

Can I order in bulk for an event?

Absolutely. For bridal parties, gifting or resale quantities, message us on WhatsApp and we'll put together a quote.
